During this workshop you will be shown how to Open, Close & Protect Yourself, so that you can work with spirit safely.

A simple way of opening up is during meditation, we will show you an easy, memorable way of doing this.

Then at the end of your working with spirit you need to close down so the communication is ended between yourself and spirit. A very important task to do. And that’s not forgetting grounding - which is just as important. This can be done a number of ways agai
