Events, Circles, Workshops & Course
Brief Payment Policy
All events require a non-refundable deposit to secure a place (each workshop has its own deposit) Deposits are non-refundable or Transferable.
Cost of Event, Workshop, Course, Circle:-
£20.00 – £50.00 – Minimum £10 Deposit
£50.00 – £100.00 – Minimum £20 Deposit
£100.00 or over – Minimum £50 Deposit
Circles & Evening/Weekend Groups must be fully paid for at the time of booking.
Full payment is to be made 14 days prior to event taking place.
Circles Must be fully paid for at the time of booking.
If deposits are paid and the balance of the booking is not paid by 14 days prior to the event we cannot guarantee a space on the event.
If you have booked a space for an Event, Workshop, Course or Circle then this payment isn’t refundable unless we cancel the event, or the date is changed, and you cannot attend the new date at the time of advising you, you are then entitled to a full refund.
For bookings made for Events, Workshops, Courses or Circles that are to be held over 14 days from the date of booking there is a 14 day cancellation period after you have booked the event. You do not have to give reason as to why you have cancelled. You will receive a refund (less the deposit or £5 admin fee – which ever is the greater) within this period.
For bookings made for Events, Workshops, Courses or Circles that are to be held within 14 days from the date of booking there is no cancellation period and must be considered non-refundable.
If you haven’t informed us that you are unable to make the event, workshop, course, circle or event from a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event, workshop, course or circle, then this must be considered non-refundable.
