In both ancient and modern cultures spiritual people have reached out to their spirit guides. In modern times people connect to a higher awareness for guidance and support. You do not have to be a shaman or evolved in your spirituality to achieve this. It is a great feeling to meet your spirit guides and to understand the function of the team and how they are there to help you. Knowing we have chosen to come to live on this planet to learn certain lessons is one thing, but there are times when we need the guidance that only our guides can give us and it is beneficial in our spiritual path to be confident that we are never alone and our guides are always there to help and support us.
