About the event

Come & Join Kallima & Kim Claydon at their Saturday afternoon How To Meditate Workshop.

Suitable for Beginners to Advanced

What is meditation?

Meditation has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness, and enhancing overall health and well-being. It can also be used for help on your spiritual path in many ways; an example of this is taking you on a journey to meet your deceased loved ones or your Spirit Guides.

Why do we meditate spiritually?

When going on a spiritual meditation you are taken on a journey to meet loved ones that have passed or guides that are working with you. There will be points in the journey that will resonate with you, you may even go to the same place on each journey until you get used to stilling the mind. We will take you on different journeys but will teach you little tips that will help keep your mind still.

What we will provide in this workshop. There are several types of meditation and we will be showing you a couple of those first we will gently take you on a journey to still your mind and learn how to leave your worries at the door.

The next meditation we will take you on a journey where we will take you on a deeper meditation and for longer.

You will find out about other ways to meditate and also why we meditate can help with other aspects of our life.

Join us for a relaxing workshop where you will be very relaxed.
