Shamanic healing is one of the oldest holistic healing practices that is now widely being used in the western world as an alternative method to healing the physical, spiritual and emotional body. 

Unlike other shamanic healing ceremonies, a cacao ceremony does not have hallucinogenic or “out of body” effects, but rather is deep rooted in re-balancing the body through reconnecting us to and opening up our heart space.   

The evening will involve a small private group sitting in a sacred safe circle, taking prayer, letting go of anything heavy, setting intentions, giving thanks for all the abundance in their life today, meditating and journaling in addition to drinking a beautifully self prepared cup of ceremonial cacao. 

The cacao enables us to connect and hear our true self, gently work through any blockages or past traumas we have suppressed and dissolve any pent up negative energy whilst helping us to align with who we truly are.

What we often find is we have similar problems and fears, as well as hopes for our lives. This means that the people in the circle act as a mirror for each other. 

It is important you arrive with not only an open mind, but an open mind and to respect one another as well as yourself  

The ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to give up the need for control and to just ‘switch off’ and give in to your mental and physical space.
