Working with the Chakra System Workshop

In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals for the main 7 chakras within our bodies, expanding our knowledge on each one and the tools we can utilise to keep them open and operating.

We will also have an overview of the higher chakra systems (chakras 8 - 15) and finishing with a fully chakra activation meditation.

Every participant will obtain a work book with all the information they will need, along with chakra cards for them to take home to help them on their self healing journey.
