Working with the Chakra System Workshop

In this day workshop we will recap and cover the basics for the main 7 chakras within our bodies but will develop our understanding and experiencing the rest of the chakras that make up our energetic body.

We will be activating and sitting in each chakra to begin to develop our connection to each one.

The day will conclude with some healing on each chakra level in addition to worksheet to take home with you.
