Shamanic Drumming Group

Shamanic drumming is an ancient practice that has been used by indigenous cultures for thousands of years. It is a form of healing that uses the rhythmic beat of a drum to induce an altered state of consciousness and connect with the spirit world.

Shamanic drumming works by inducing a state of trance or altered consciousness. The rhythmic beat of the drum helps to slow down brainwave activity, allowing the mind to enter a relaxed and receptive state. This state of trance can be used for a variety of purposes, including healing, journeying, and spiritual exploration.

After smudging and calling in the directions there will be a meditation followed by shamanic drumming and some drum healing.

Previous experience not necessary.

Please bring your own shamanic drum if you have one please. Small amount of drums are provided (we can't guarantee a drum for everyone)
