An absolute must to all those who are looking or wanting to develop their own healing journey during their spiritual path.

This intensive workshop will be delivered by both Jason & Gill who have been delivering holistic treatments and healing for over 10 years.

In this workshop you will touch upon the following:

-The Chakra System & it’s vital roles in your everyday health

-Reflexology and performing self healing through it

-Healing through Food

- Essential Oils & bath salts

Each person will receive a work book to take home which will cover all the topics, along with a self care journal as well as some other exciting things you’ll create to take home to use and put into practice!
