Breathwork: Extensive Workshop

This workshop will be a follow on from our "Introduction to Breathwork", which will allow those who have attended as well as those who are already familiar with breathwork, the opportunity to delve into the fundamentals of breathwork practice.

The day will cover a range of topics which will include:

• The benefits of breathwork
• The physiology & anatomy process of breathwork
• Working & understanding Prana
• Working & understanding different breathwork practices
• The Breathbody
• The Sympathetic & Parasympathetic Nervous System

& much much more.

Each attendee will receive an indepth manual fully explaining all the key areas above and will have the option to further expand their training and knowledge after should they wish to obtain their accreditation in basic breathwork (please note this will require an assessment and additional fee to obtain the accreditated certificate).

Please note this workshop is not suitable for

• Complete beginners.
• Those who suffer with seizures, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or mental health issues.
• Those who are pregnant.
• Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
